Dear Parent/Carer,
R & M Williams Construction Industry have asked us to inform you that Llwyncelyn Avenue, Pontarddulais is currently gated and locked to prevent any access and will soon have CCTV installed.
This measure will be in place for approximately 42 weeks starting from 15th April 2024. During this period, workmen will be on site from 7:30 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. on weekdays. This will involve the presence of lorries and site machinery such as forklifts on the roads within the area. Local residents have been informed through hand delivered letters.
The construction company are requesting that you avoid using Llwyncelyn Avenue for parking during school drop-off and pick-up times as the compound will be in constant use.
