Dear Parent/Carer,
To mark the end of your child’s time at Pontarddulais Comprehensive School a celebratory Prom will be arranged following the conclusion of their Year 11 Examinations.
I am delighted to inform you that we have scheduled the school Prom for Monday 24th June 2024, at Manor Park, Clydach Swansea. Pupils should arrive at 6.30pm and appropriate arrangements should be made for your child to be collected by 11.00pm. This is a ticketed event and the cost is £29 per pupil, which includes a buffet, DJ entertainment and use of a Photo Booth for the evening.
If your child wishes to attend the Prom, the payment for their ticket should be completed online via ipayimpact by Monday 3rd June 2024. If you wish to pay for the ticket in smaller instalments, please send payments to the school office where a log will be made of your child’s payments.
I hope your child is able to attend this event as it is a great opportunity for them to be together as a year group one last time before embarking upon their Post-16 plans. Please be aware that any incidents of pupil misbehaviour, or persistent absenteeism may result in pupils being unable to attend. The School reserves the right to exclude pupils from attending, if this becomes the case, parents/carers will be informed at the first opportunity.
