Re: Year 11 GCSE Results Day

Dear Parent/Carer,
GCSE results day for Year 11 and Year 10 pupils is on Thursday 25th August. Results day will provide your child with their final GCSE and vocational results for 2022.
We will be inviting pupils into school to collect their results in person, as we normally would. Your child will have the option of attending school to collect results or to receive results electronically via email. Please complete the online survey to let us know which option you would prefer. It is important that you complete the form so that we can organise results day effectively. If you wish for your child’s results to be sent electronically, please enter your child’s email address when completing the form. We will only be able to send the results directly to your child. If your child is going to collect their results in person they can do so from 9.00 am. All visitors must enter the school via the leisure centre entrance. School staff will be on hand to direct pupils to the sports hall where the results will be issued. Once your child has collected their results they must exit the building as soon as possible using the designated fire exits.
We must remind you that if your child has Covid-19 symptoms or if they have tested positive for Covid-19, they must not attend school to collect results. In this instance we can arrange for the results to be sent electronically.
We are looking forward to welcoming our Year 11 pupils into school again to share their special moment of receiving a successful set of examination results.
